Structure and Collaboration

The Executive Team (ELT) meets weekly to manage day-to-day school operations, handle immediate priorities, and drive our core strategic plans.

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) meets monthly with ELT members as a whole group. This ensures full collaboration across both leadership tiers, allowing us to align our systems and work together on school-wide development.
