Year 9 pupil Daniel Leeper was a UK winner in the Young Writers SOS Hunted mini saga competition. This is one of many Young Writers competitions run throughout the year in the English department, bagging Daniel a £100 cash prize along with a trophy and other goodies, and the knowledge that he was the only Northern Irish winner.
