Killicomaine
won the "Best Kept Large School" competition which is run
by the Northern Ireland Amenity Council in 2009.
Some enthusiastic
10th year pupils have given up their free time to keep the school grounds looking
fabulous in 2009.
They have been painting
fences, digging up flowerbeds, power washing, cleaning windows and weeding.
They have cleared
away a lot of weeds.
And they have messed about a bit too...
...posing and doing their synchronised brushing routine.
Mostly the pupils
worked hard and took great pride in their work.
By the middle of
June the school grounds were looking fabulous and Killicomaine was awrded the Best Kept School award.
Well done!
