Six year 10 pupils took part in the Moy Park Chicken Challenge on 24th January 2007.

They produced 3 different chicken dishes from which one was chosen to represent the school in the final at the Moy Park kitchens.

The dishes were judged by two representatives from Moy Park, who chose the winning dish.

The winning dish, prepared by Joanne McClatchey & Anne Graham was "Polenta Encrusted Chicken served with Seared Banana on a bed of Sweetcorn Mash".
