As part of our Home Economics exam, each of us had to plan a healthy meal. We had to choose a meal that we could prepare during our home economics class, all by ourselves, from start to finish. We presented the meal as professionally as possible by designing our own menu cards and laying the table as if it were in a top class restaurant rather than a Home Economics classroom!

The meals themselves turned out even better than most of us had expected. (We could tell the teachers were really impressed!)
